We gladly accept returns and exchanges if we are contacted within 3 days of your order being delivered. And receive the items back within 14 days.
Unfortunately, any customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If that is the case, contact us within 24 hours of your order being delivered.
In the event of needing to cancel, please contact us ASAP. As we try to get our orders made and shipped as quickly as possible, we would need to be notified of your request to cancel prior to your product being created.
